Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All items shipped within the United States are shipped by USPS Priority mail. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping cost for US shipments. If you would prefer a different shipping method (such as UPS) please contact me.

***INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: All international orders are shipped by First Class mail. The shipping charges listed are for up to 3 kits. If you need to order more than 3 kits, please contact me first so I can give you more accurate shipping information. If you would like your kit to be sent by another shipping method (such as Express Mail) please let me know before purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ: Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. You, the buyer, are responsible for ALL customs, duty, and VAT fees.



All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Returns and Exchanges:

We hope you are absolutely thrilled with your craft kit!  If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, please contact us to arrange an exchange or return.

We cannot accept returns of kits that have already been started or are otherwise unsaleable.
